FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers on roadside support, workshop services and how Coopers work with fleets.

Do you offer roadside repairs?

Yes. If it is safe and practical, faults can be investigated and repaired at the roadside. The aim is always to get the vehicle moving again without needing a recovery truck.

What areas do you cover?

Coopers Commercials mainly support vehicles across Bedfordshire and surrounding areas. For breakdowns further away, trusted partner workshops are used so help can reach the driver quickly.

Can you carry out PMIs and six weekly checks?

Yes. PMIs and scheduled inspections are carried out in the workshop or at your premises when suitable. All inspections are completed using a digital worksheet system with clear defect reporting.

Do you repair trailers as well as trucks?

Absolutely. Curtain repairs, lighting faults, ABS/EBS issues, air system faults, body repairs and general running gear work are all covered.

How does breakdown reporting work?

Drivers can send their exact location through the breakdown page, along with vehicle and trailer details. This helps the workshop understand what is wrong and get the right support to the vehicle quickly.

Can you support fleet customers?

Yes. Coopers work closely with local fleets by offering PMIs, defect investigation, planned maintenance and clear communication with operators and planners.

Do you offer digital worksheets and inspection records?

All work is logged on a digital system. Photos, notes and history are kept so you always have a clear record of what has been done to each vehicle.
