How we handle breakdowns
Once your message is received, the workshop is notified straight away. Details are checked and the nearest available resource is dispatched.

- ✔ Clear communication with drivers and traffic office.
- ✔ Digital job sheets so everything is recorded properly.
- ✔ Access to trusted partner workshops when further away.
If the situation is unsafe or you are in immediate danger, always call the emergency services first before using this form.
Driver safety first
- If you’re in a live lane or dangerous position, move to safety immediately.
- Hazards on. Use sidelights if visibility is poor.
- Wear hi-vis before leaving the cab and stay behind the barrier if possible.
- Keep passengers away from the vehicle and traffic side.
- If it’s not safe roadside, we’ll plan the safest recovery option.
If you feel at risk, call 999 first. On motorways, share the marker post, junction, and direction of travel if you can.
What helps us move faster
- Vehicle reg + trailer reg (if fitted)
- Your mobile number (so we can call back)
- Clear fault description (tyre, air leak, brakes, electrics)
- Photo if safe to take (optional)
